EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

The philosophy is to provide quality child care to children of every race, nationality, creed, gender, economic status, marital status, sexual orientation, cultural heritage and without regard to disabilities. It’s designed to meet the developmental needs of a diverse group of children, ages 15 mos.–33 mos. and 2.9-5 years. It provides experiences that enhance and enrich each child’s spiritual, cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical, and creative development

GOALS

Create a range of individual and group activities which are appropriate to the development of each child to fixing the greater society.

  • Work in harmony with parents to help them understand their child's intellectual, emotional, moral, ethic, social and physical development, and to provide supportive services if needed.

  • Our purpose is to provide children with a safe loving environment, to capture the essence of the home setting

OBJECTIVES

The following objectives have been determined for the New  Creation Child Care Center to accomplish it's mission and fulfill its educational philosophy

  • To provide a program both indoors and outdoors which promotes optimal growth and development through opportunities for exploration and learning while protecting and enhancing the health and safety of the children and adults.

  • To provide a program where parents are kept well informed about daily events at all times and are encouraged to be both observers and participants in their child's development.

  • To provide a staff that is caring, recognizes and meets the needs of the children, and promotes spiritual,  language, physical, social, emotional, moral, ethic creative and cognitive development.

  • To provide a qualified Director who effectively attends to the needs of the children, parents, and staff, and conducts systematic evaluation of the effectiveness of the program and staff in meeting these objectives
